TEGUCIGALPA, Honduras (AP) -- Honduran opposition candidate Xiomara Castro says a lack of oversight at many polls during last week's presidential election allowed the vote to be inflated in favor of the ruling party candidate. She accuses some small political parties of selling their poll workers' spots to the National Party.
